Qualitätskontrolle

We are an ISO 9000 certified company and ensure that all our products and services meet and exceed all requirement, standards and specifications as well as meet the high expectations of our customers.

01.

IQC

We are monitoring and inspecting (AQL 1.5) the quality of all materials, assemblies and components were purchased before starting the production process.

Many raw materials and main components are purchased from well-known manufacturers such as Toshiba® and Omron®.

02.

DPI – PSI – CLI

DPI. We are continuously monitoring the quality on-site at various stages of the production process to ensure tour products are assembled based on the specifications and requirement .

PSI. Before shipment and packaging all our products will be inspected of any visual or operational defects.

CLI. We make sure that our products are correctly handled and safely loaded into the shipping containers as well as the labels are correct .

24-Hours Endurance Test

All our systems – machines, plasma gun-heads, nozzles etc. – undergo a 24-hours endurance test which determines our products performance, such as durability, speed, scalability, handling, and stability. Our process includes manual and automatic tests designed to reveal faults and ensure our products are meeting all requirements and specifications.

Unser kostenloser Probentestservice bietet unseren Kunden die Möglichkeit, die Auswirkungen von Plasma auf ihr Produkt zu testen. Wir testen und bewerten die Auswirkungen von Plasma auf die Oberflächenqualität der Produkte unserer Kunden und messen die Oberflächenenergie vor und nach der Plasmaaktivierung.

Nach den Tests und Analysen stellen wir unseren Kunden einen ausführlichen Bericht und eine Zusammenfassung unserer Empfehlungen zur Verfügung, in der Regel in Form von E-Mails, Bildern und Videos.
