FAQ

How Can We Help You?

Keylink is a professional manufacturer of plasma surface treatment machines that integrates R&D, production, and sales into one. We pay great attention to ensuring that the products we produce are of high precision, low loss and high efficiency, which gives us a unique advantage in this industry.

We have domestic and international clients in various industries, including automotive, electronics, wires and cables industry, medical supplies, rubber and plastics industry, inkjet and print, glass products manufacturing, packaging and the rest.

Plasma treatments are used to alter the surface properties of a wide range of materials to make them easier to bond, glue and paint. By treating parts, we both clean and activate the surface, improving their adhesion characteristics.

Nearly all materials can be Plasma treated.
Plastics, including PEEK, PTFE, Polypropylene, Polyethylene.

  • Composites.
  • Engineering polymers.
  • Microfluidics PDMS.
  • Glass, metals & ceramics.

This depends on the materials, the handling and storage. It can last from minutes to many months. Please contact our customer service which will give you all the data for your specific product.

There are a variety of methods used to measure how effective particular plasma processes are at acting on a surface. These methods can be applied to both untreated and treated surfaces, which is advantageous for comparing the state of a surface before and after it has been processed.
We are using different international approved Test Fluids for all specific materials and Contact Angle Tester for wetting and absorption tests.

No, based on the Low Temperature Output there will be no damage of deformation on any product or materials.

The principle of plasma surface treatment is an ionized gas created by gas pressure charging and discharging. High frequency and high voltage are used on the charging and discharging electrodes, causing a lot of plasma gas to directly or indirectly interact with the molecular structure of the surface. Flame treatment refers to the use of a certain proportion of mixed gas to ignite at a unique top end, so that the flame directly touches the surface of objects such as polyolefin.

Plasma cleaning is an effective way to remove organics contamination through chemical reaction or physical ablation of hydrocarbons on treated surfaces. Chemically reactive process gases (air, oxygen) react with hydrocarbon monolayers to form gaseous products that are swept away by the continuous gas flow in the plasma cleaner.
